My Journey to
Wholeness and Healing
For over 20 years, I’ve walked a path of deep healing and discovery—both personally and professionally. With a Master’s in Humane Education and a lifelong passion for nature, I found my calling in guiding women and families toward vibrant health and soulful living.
My journey hasn’t always been easy. Like many, I’ve faced moments of challenge and transformation that led me to embrace a holistic, inside-out approach to wellness. Through reconnecting with the rhythms of nature, the wisdom of food, and the power of conscious movement, I found healing—and I want to help you find it too.
Whether in the quiet of a forest trail or the warmth of a kitchen filled with fresh food, I believe that true wellness is delicious, joyful, and accessible to all.
